I can get around the 3 card rule doing it at work by taking 20 minutes to purchase a $500 gift card but it takes a lot of work when I need many in a short period of time.
I tried to load to PP online for a SK. resident (i.e. acct address is in SK) & it is not allowed.

I’m going to chime in again here…
There is NO exception to the rule of 3 cards per 20 minutes. You are asking for trouble if you attempt to use more than 3 in that timeframe. (Trust me, I have actually tried 19mins and 59 seconds and it did NOT work ~ by accident)
I'm tired
Honk.

So, never claim to be in SK.

I don't think you have a choice when doing your KYC process if you do live in SK. I.e. you won't pass the KYC if you lie that you live outside of SK.

Not enough participating stores in the centre of the universe. I dropped by at one and could not find prepaid visa on display. When asked, one of the clerks pretended to look in a draws, and said there are none in $75, but $50 and $100 are avaiable.

I feel like some of the stores take months to restock. They may still be dried out from last year’s run

I was at a store this morning and cleared out the gift cards (only 5) and spoke with the manager/owner and he had no idea was on promo so he told his staff to restock the gift card rack and make sure order extra $75 ones cause of promo. Might be worth a shot if running into stock issues

Would reminding be counterproductive? I sensed that circle K staff knows and thus never available.

No reason they need to know about the promo TBH. You activate the eGC yourself

Where I am handful of Circle-K it’s a hassle but for this promo no issues with using credit or large volume of cards at once. The manager asked why so many and I told him there’s a promo then he proceeded to say he’s going to order extra. When I did this promo last year same thing didn’t have issues like like the Circle K one. This is where I live so YMMV

I (almost) live upstairs from a circle K, yet, the circle K promo is never in stock. Super upset wasting my time. But Chevron so far is doing pretty good. I actually need to reflect on how many cards I need to buy, instead of "as many as available".

Today was a day.
I visited 3 stores. 0/3
1st store told me they just bought the gas station and the gift card activation does not work yet.
2nd store didn't sell prepaid Visas
3rd store said I could not pay by credit card.
I asked customer service about this, they said they support the no credit card policy.
They also said they didn't know about the promotion (and wouldn't help) because it's not on their website.
This retailer shouldn't be a part of this promotion.
